Hawaii Wedding’s Ministers have officiated over 6000 Weddings on the island of Maui, Hawaii since 1994. Our Hawaii wedding planners are well known for professionalism, experience and an eagerness to have your Maui wedding ceremony reflect your needs and desires. Hawaii Wedding has officiated at weddings in various Maui locations, on surfboards, in hotels, banquet halls, churches, parks, the beach, the ocean cliffs, private homes— all over Maui. We perform religious, Hawaiian; civil, same gender weddings and non-religious ceremonies.

Hawaii wedding’s ministers and officiates are ordained and licensed, especially meeting the desires of couples who:

• Want a wedding that reflects their beliefs and opinions

• Have different religious upbringings if any

We work with couples who are not associated with any religion or church
 and want a non-religious, yet meaningful ceremony
• already have a pastor or priest who is not able to take the trip to their wedding location
• belong to a church that does not acknowledge people who have been divorced
• want a minister that does not require pre-marital counseling
• desire to include and incorporate their children into the ceremony
• want a minister or pastor who will help officiate the wedding.

Maui Wedding Packages

We have created several wedding packages that you can select. Our simple and complete wedding package is $395, followed by packages that contain: photographers, videographers, flowers, hair/make-up and many options. It is your Maui wedding, and you can have it however you want! Aloha.

Kula Botanical Gardens Weddings

Kula Botanical Gardens is a beautiful location to hold your Hawaii wedding or vow renewal. A must-see short video below.

Nestled in the lowlands of the 10,000 foot Haleakala Crater, the Gardens are simply awesome. Our company specializes in Kula Botanical Gardens Weddings.

The Gardens was rated in the top botanical gardens nationally in 2000. In 2001, they were featured in National Geographic.

Great for Photos

There are 2 quaint wedding gazebos as well as an ocean view lawn, perfect locations for a romantic ceremony.

Having the ceremony in the gazebo is wonderful for small parties. There is a $150 site fee plus $10 entry fee per person into the Gardens itself. There is also an ocean view grassy area for large groups and receptions.

There is a minimum guest count of 20 people required to have your wedding and reception at this location. Chairs and arch must be booked directly with the venue provider. (See below for site fees and dinner menu pricing.)

This oceanfront lawn is located on Maui’s sunny south shore in the town of Kihei. Weddings can take place on Keawekapu Beach or The Manakai oceanfront lawn, both fronting this 5 star open air fine dining restaurant.

The reception area is softly lit by chandeliers and candles on every table, surrounded by tiki torches, flowering bushes and plumeria trees. Windows line the ocean. This fabulous venue offers amazing sunset views and award winning Pacific Rim creations and the freshest, innovative island seafood.

Use of the Mana Kai lawn for your ceremony is allowed if you are hosting a full sit down dinner reception at this restaurant. Ceremony chairs and wedding arch is permitted on this ocean-front lawn.

Following the ceremony, many couples will host an appetizer and cocktails hour for their guests to enjoy while they are having photos taken. This is a great addition as it creates a smooth progression from cocktail party to dinner.

Wailea Beach Fronting the Four Seasons, Grand Wailea Resort, Marriott, Andaz and Wailea Condos

 

Your Maui wedding ceremony or vow renewal can be performed at the beach fronting either the Four Seasons Resort or the Grand Wailea. ( Scroll down to see photos) We perform breathtaking beach weddings or if you prefer, there is a grassy knoll overlooking the ocean and beach. This is located to the right of the hotel resort. Most couples who select this island wedding location are either staying at the Four Seasons, Andaz, Wailea Marriot or the Waldorf Astoria Grand Wailea Resorts, though it is not necessary to be a hotel guest to use this location. There are several fantastic restaurants right above this location.

Wailea feels much less rugged than some of Maui’s other beaches: The sand is lined by palm trees and visitors will find a paved walkway connecting the shoreline to the area’s hotels, shops and ocean view restaurants.

Kaanapali, Kapalua Beach Ceremonies

All beach weddings require a permit from the State of Hawaii.*  The State does not permit weddings on Kaanapali Beach. ( Scroll down to see photos)

Please be aware that Lahaina beach is closed. Kaanapali forbids commercial activities ( weddings,  vow renewals) therefore we highly recommend the beautiful scenic 40 minute drive to the Southwest side of the island (Wailea/Kihei) for a more romantic up-scale and secluded setting for your ceremony. Our clients agree that it is well worth the drive! (There are many nice oceanfront restaurants near the Wailea/Kihei area to celebrate afterwards. )

* Beach permit fee is included in all of our wedding packages.

Above: Kapalua Bay – Northwest Side of Maui.  The beach has become eroded recently and there is an orange fence around it which makes this beach appear bad for photography purposes. There may be several weddings happening at the same time on this beach. This is only recommended for those who can’t drive down to the more spacious, less crowded beaches in the Kihei/Wailea area.

Kahana Beach, near Kaanapali. Kahana Beach is located near the Resort of Kaanapali Maui. Unfortunately, the beach is eroding here.

 

Sugar Beach Cove is beautiful. This beach ( see below) will be not have many people on it affording couples more privacy and intimacy. It is about a 35 minute drive from Lahaina, and the drive goes along the coast, and the views are amazing.
