Below are sample menus and pricing. Please note that Hawaii Wedding and Vow Renewal will put you touch with the food and beverage manager of the restaurant for direct booking of your dinner reception upon reservation of ceremony with us. They know their menus, pricing, seating better than we do. We do not assist with menu selection/substitutions.  We simply put this information below as a guide. We handle the pre-planing of the wedding, the ceremony itself, wedding ceremony decor, table pieces for the reception tables. … just not the food, or dancing after.

Add a Plated Appetizer to the menu for all guests to enjoy a 3 Course meal

Pacific Crab Cake Radish Salad, Sweet Thai Chili Sauce

OR Caprese ~ Island Tomatoes with Mozzarella Cheese, Basil and Balsamic Drizzle
OR Shrimp Cocktail with Sambal Cocktail Sauce, 3 shrimp per person

Cost goes to $59 per person plus tax 4.166% and coordination 20%

Vegetarian, Vegan, Gluten Free options are available upon request.
Advise the type and number of special meals you require.
The chef will adjust menus for vegan, vegetarian, gluten free dietary requests. Just note what the diet need is and how many guests for that special need

Menu details and guest count must be finalized by the 10th of the
month prior to your event date, including your wedding cake.
No changes 7 days prior to the event.
Final guest count is due 7 days prior to event.

Proteins will remain the same, preparations are subject to seasonal changes

RECEPTION SITE FEES:

Location Details

Maximum Capacity: 60 guest seats with a dance floor. 80 guests with NO dancing.

Our only outdoor area available for a Sound Tech or DJ and dancing.                          Dance floor rental fee $150 ++, required for any dancing

Hours:  5:30pm – 10:00pm April to August     5:00pm September to March

Cocktails/Dinner Location Fee: $475 up to 50 guests
Cocktails/Dinner Location Fee: $495 over 50  guests

Live music, Sound Tech or DJs and a dance floor with dance music permitted from 8:30pm – 10pm. Light cocktail and dinner music from 5:30pm to 8:30pm, than your high energy dance music may begin. ALL musical needs must be hired thru your wedding planner or Gannon’s direct. We are not able to permit you to hire or bring in your own musician or sound needs. Exception is: you may bring in your own pre recorded dance music if you wish to hire the sound tech. The use of microphones is not permitted in any of our reception function locations. Please note that there is no internet access to Gannon’s for your wedding music. No Pandora, no Spotify, etc. unless you use your own data plan.

Additional Reception Services

Extended Hours (early start prior to 5:30pm or late night until 11pm): $500/hour
– Hawaii law requires all minors to be off the premises at 10:00pm if there is any dancing.
– Wailea noise curfew begins at 10:00pm. You may be asked to turn down your music after 10pm if you extend into overtime. Prior request is required for overtime.

Dance Floor (required for any dancing): $150
White Hanging Paper Lanterns: $365
Twinkle Lights: $300
Combination of Lanterns and Twinkles: $600
